Abstract

Supplementary Materials and Methods. Table S1. The positive rate of HBXIP is 87.5% (329/376) in 3 groups of atypical duct hyperplasia (ADH), ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and invasive breast cancer (IBC). Table S2. The expression levels of HBXIP were shown in the tumor tissues. Table S3. The expression and pathological features of HBXIP were shown in 236 clinical breast cancer tissues. Table S4. Cross tabulation analysis of HBXIP and FAS is shown in cancer tissues. Table S5. Primers for promoter of lipid metabolism genes are shown in the table. Table S6. Antibodies are used in this paper. Table S7. Detailed information of tumor tissues was shown in this table.
