8044 Background: NSCLC patients (p) frequently older with significant comorbidities and not considered suitable for platinum-based chemotherapy (CT). Weekly single-agent PCT offers potential for lower toxicity, increased exposure to the drug with alternative cytotoxic/cytostatic mechanisms.
