Dear Editor We applaud Martin et al for their investigation of analgesic options in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, a painful and common procedure.[1][1] Analgesia aside, clinical evaluation of functional outcomes is an important consideration in examining any regional block and in
