Avant même l’accession au pouvoir d’Emmanuel Macron, tout indique que l’opinion publique jugera désormais le gouvernement sur leur capacité à faire de la relance du projet européen le moteur d’une requalification sociale et territoriale rapide. Les prochaines années verront se multiplier les expérimentations pour répondre à ce défi quelle que soit la majorité parlementaire.
