AIzimov: the Platform for Intellectual Diagnostics of Lung Cancer

The paper describes the practical approach of building a platform for collaboration between doctors, computer and data scientists. This study is related to a research project of creating intellectual methods of lung cancer detection which includes building new data sets, development of new methods and creating software for data collection and processing. The paper overviews solution architecture, algorithms, and software tools for processing computer tomography data, providing remote access to the user groups, data visualization, and processing on supercomputer systems.
