Abstract
- Graphical abstract<br />Highlights • Double aortic arch (DAA) typically occurs in isolation. • DAA with bilateral coarctation (COA) is very rare with three prior documented cases. • In addition to DAA with bilateral COA our case also has complex intracardiac disease. • Echocardiography served as the primary diagnostic tool with advanced imaging as a useful adjunct.
