Data supplementing the article "A taxonomy-free approach based on machine learning to assess streams' quality with diatoms" submitted to journal "Science of the Total Environment" It contains: "81_samples_fasq_files_R1_R2_Mothur.zip" - 162 fastq files (81 R1 + 81 R2 fastq file per sample) used in Mothur software for bioinformatic treatment (to produce an OTU table).
