Abstract
- TAVR is a lifesaving procedure for many patients at high risk for surgical aortic valve replacement. The prevalence of CKD and risk for contrast-induced nephropathy in this population is high. A very low contrast dose CTA protocol enabling comprehensive cardiac and vascular imaging would be valuable
