Abstract
- A two-dimensional paper chromatographic method is described which allows good separations and spectrophotometric determinations of nanomole amounts of hypoxanthine, xanthine, uric acid and uric acid riboside. The method can be applied to biological material containing adenine nucleotides and considerable amounts of free amino acids.
