Abstract
- International audience; We report a novel fully printed RFID based sensor fabricated on paper substrate. The sensitive material is wheat gluten which is a biopolymer having electrical parameters correlated with relative humidity (RH). The sensor is validated with simulation and measurement results varying climatic conditions.
