Abstract
- A pregnant woman undergoes increased fetal ultrasonographic surveillance during the pregnancy for an amnion-chorion separation and fetal growth restriction. At 34 weeks’ gestation, an ultrasound finding prompts the recommendation for a preterm delivery. Video 1 shows the placental finding seen after an uncomplicated delivery of a late preterm infant.
