Abnormal placentation in caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy

A multiparous woman aged 34 years with a prior low transverse caesarean delivery presented at 12 weeks gestation for nuchal translucency screening. She had an unremarkable ultrasound study at 8 weeks gestation.
