Abstract
- About 10 years ago, O’Farrell combined two electrophoretic methods which separated proteins by different parameters to produce a greatly enhanced separation of proteins in serum. This idea was developed by Anderson and Anderson (1978a) at Argonne Laboratory, and they have called their methodology the Iso-Dalt system (Anderson et al., 1978a; Anderson et al., 1978b).
