Abstract: Next-generation three-dimensional modelling software for personalized surgery allows spatially accurate depiction of the hepatic and vasculature anatomy based on the complexity and individual variation in each patient, and could facilitate decision-making about preoperative strategy in perihilar cholangiocarcinoma.
