Abstract

The individual limited liability company – EIRELI was standardized by law No. 12,441/11 with the objective of mitigating the formation of "pretend societies", but in your term, the law in some of the jettisoned screen deliberate points in the discussions related to the project of law nº 4,605/09 that gave rise, giving rise to questions about the compulsory EIRELI be established only for business purposes , problem that requires considering what other positivadas standards ensure-if the expression "company" ignoring the fundamentals of the theory of the firm or even the company profiles of Alberto Asquini that guide the studies on the topic before the homeland law does not define the company. Thus, the objective of this article is to analyse the standard establishing the EIRELI through a case study where you apply the Hermeneutics in the verification of the impediment of their institution for purposes other than business.
