Abstract: Acne fulminans (AF) and hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) are 2 severe conditions with no consensus on medical treatment and no clear pathophysiology.1, 2 We report the remission of long-lasting and severe AF with HS that was unresponsive to many previous treatments.
