Coxiella burnetii: A Hidden Pathogen in Interstitial Lung Disease?

Abstract
- International audience; We report 7 patients with interstitial lung disease seen at computed tomographic scan review. Coxiella burnetii infection was diagnosed in situ in 1 lung biopsy specimen. Q fever may be a cofactor of interstitial lung disease, especially in endemic areas.
