Maintaining the nelfinavir trough concentration above 0.8 mg/L improves virologic response in HIV-1-infected children

Virologic response at week 48 was observed in 29% of children with subtherapeutic nelfinavir troughs versus 80% in children with therapeutic nelfinavir troughs (P=.02).
