O Paraguai em busca das águas

This article makes use of diplomacts documents and bibliographic references with the objective that study Paraguay and his disagreements in relation to Brazil and Argentina between 1962 and 1966 about the use of the waters of the Parana River in the geopolitical context of the Bacia do Prata. Despite it is a smaller state, the Paraguay was able to take advantage of the disputes between its neighbors to achieve its goals, being the case the construction of hydroelectric plants and free navigation on the Parana River.
