Abstract

Objective: Transplantation of embryonic stem (ES) cells was shown to improve the neurologic outcome after traumatic brain injury in animal experiments. To clarify the underlying mechanisms, we established an in-vitro model depicting the behaviour of stem cells after implantation into traumatized brain.[for full text, please go to the a.m. URL]<br />60.
