Manipulating the spin crossover behaviour in a series of cyanide-bridged {FeIII2FeII2} molecular squares through NCE

Three molecular squares with tunable transition temperature (T1/2) through the substitution of NCE− (E = S, Se, BH3) anions were prepared, demonstrating another effective way to tune the SCO properties of the [FeIII–CN–FeII] systems.
