Abstract
- We present a case of a 24-year-old man with an original diagnosis of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, presumably of the right masseter or pterygoid muscle, in which the tumor progressed to involve a portion of the mandible and the adjacent intraoral tissues, including the retromolar gingiva and the roots of the third molar. Ultimately, there was widespread metastatic disease
