Abstract: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of the COVID-19 lockdown periods on the metabolic control of patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D) in three academic diabetes centers in Greece. There was a slight improvement in BMI, blood pressure and lipid values while the remaining parameters remained stable.
