- Graphical abstract<br />Highlights • Cor triatriatum dexter (CTD) can complicate percutaneous atrial septal interventions. • Clinically silent (forme fruste) CTD is detectable by new echocardiography techniques. • Using these techniques could improve patient selection and guide interventions.
