Abstract
- Sarcoidosis of the vulva is a very rare condition. Until now, only 4 cases has been reported in English literature. The patient, a 48-year-old, gravida 3, para 2 postmenopausal Greek woman presented with a 6 months history of perineal pain. The patient underwent a wide local excision of the painful lesion. The histopathology revealed sarcoidosis of the vulva. She remains well without evidence of disease 9 months after operation. &nbsp
