Abstract: Intraocular lymphoma is considered a uveitis masquerade syndrome and may rarely present with features resembling a necrotizing viral retinitis. The authors report a secondary vitreoretinal lymphoma presenting in this fashion, which was treated with a unique combination of intravitreal methotrexate and rituximab.
