Abstract
- Clinicians commonly face the dilemma of maintaining control of neuropsychiatric disease in women during childbearing years in the face of potential pregnancy, even when the prescribed medications are known or suspected teratogens. In this issue of Neurology ®, Winterfeld et al.1 report on pregnancy outcomes following in utero pregabalin exposure from their multicenter prospective observational study across 8 participating Teratology Information Services in 7 countries.
