Abstract

U ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji određene su retencione osobine i solvatohromniparametri tri serije novosintetizovanih derivata N–(supstituisanih fenil)–2–supstituisanih acetamida u različitim hromatografskim i solvatohromnim sistemima.Metode linearne regresije kao i metode multivariacione analize: Klaster analize (CA) iAnalize glavnih komponenti (PCA) su primenjene s ciljem pronalaženja kvalitativneodnosno kvantitativne zavisnosti između eksperimentalno određenih retencionih kao iapsorpcionih parametara N–(supstituisanih fenil)–2-supstituisanih acetamida iprimenjenih rastvarača, odnosno hemijskih osobina funkcionalane grupe prisutne umolekulu.<br />In this dissertation retention properties and solvatochromic parameters ofthree series of the newly synthesized derivatives of N-(phenyl substituted)–2–substituted acetamide were determined in various chromatographic andsolvatochromic systems. The method of linear regression and multivariate methods ofanalysis: Cluster analysis (CA) and Principal component analysis (PCA) were appliedwith the aim of finding the qualitative or quantitative dependence betweenexperimentally determined retention and absorption parameters of N-( phenylsubstituted)–2–substituted acetamides and applied solvents or chemical properties ofthe functional group present in the molecules.
