Abstract

<br />Nurses’ stress is characteristically related to interpersonal conflict at work, overwork, anxiety about medical accidents, duties and responsibility as a nurse, and managerial position and its influences on organizational structure, roles, status, and work culture. Factor categorization should be conducted based on workers’ awareness of their coworkers’ stress reactions and illnesses, in order to collaborate on strategies to radically improve early interventions for stress and provide work environment support. We suggest that stress coping methods include creating a rich work culture in which nurses feel fulfilled in their work and utilizing legal regulations and systems to create a work environment that supports a work-life balance for nurses and allows them to work flexibly.
