小児膀胱頸部疾患にYV形成術を施行した1例

Abstract: A case of four-year-old girl having dysuria, recurrent fever and incontinence due to bladder neck obstruction with reflux and hydronephrosis was presented, in which YV-plasty operation was carried out with success. A excretory urogram taken about five months after operation revealed no hydronephrosis and reflux. A long term follow-up study will determine whether the improvement is permanent or not.
