Abstract
- 本研究の目的は、小児看護学臨地実習でのルーブリック評価表導入による成果と課題を明らかにすることである。実習期間・実習形態やルーブリック評価表の使用経験による違いを比較検討した。A 大学4 年生 82 人を対象に、ルーブリック評価表について自記式質問紙調査を行った。実習期間は2週間と1週間の違いは全項目で差はなく、実習形態の違いは、「学習意欲が高まった」のみに差があった。ルーブリック評価表の使用経験のある学生は、「経過に合わせた判断がしやすい」、「学習成果が高まった」、「学習意欲が高まった」、「妥当な評価ができた」、「評価しやすかった」、「教員との評価の違いに不安をもたずに評価ができた」、「評価基準の内容がわかりやすかった」、「評価基準と実習の内容が合っていた」、「評価するのに時間がかからなかった」の項目で有意に高かった。ルーブリック評価表の改善点は、ルーブリック評価表の表現や内容の改善と、ルーブリック評価表の使用方法の改善が含まれていた。これらは連動しており双方の改善により、有用性の高いルーブリック評価表の活用になることが示唆された。The purpose of this study is to clarify the outcomes and challenges of introducing rubric evaluation tables into paediatric nursing practical training. A self-administered questionnaire survey on the rubric evaluation chart was administered to 82 fourth-year students at collegeA. The survey was designed to compare the differences in the duration and type of practical training and the experience of using the rubric evaluation chart. There were no differences in the duration of practical training between two weeks and one week for all items, and differences in the form of practical training were found only in the item‘I was more motivated to learn'. Students who had experience of using the rubric evaluation table found it‘easy to make decisions in line with the progress',‘learning outcomes were enhanced',‘motivation to learn was increased',‘reasonable evaluation was made',‘it was easy to evaluate',‘evaluation was made without anxiety about differences in evaluation with the teacher',‘the content of the evaluation criteria was easy to understand',‘the content of the evaluation criteria was easy to understand', 'the‘The evaluation criteria matched the content of the practical training' and‘It didn't take too long to evaluate' were significantly higher. Improvements to the rubric evaluation form included improvements to the wording and content of the rubric evaluation form and improvements to the way the rubric evaluation form was used. It was suggested that these were linked and that improvements in both areas would result in the use of a highly useful rubric evaluation chart.
