Precision measurements in $t\bar{t}$ final states from ATLAS

Many measurements of the top-quark properties and kinematic distributions are limited by systematic uncertainties in the theory modeling. The estimation of the impact of the modeling uncertainties allows various implementations affecting the final result. In this talk, recent precision measurements in ttbar final states from ATLAS will be presented with the focus on the treatment of the modeling uncertainties. These measurements include: differential cross-section measurement in the ttbar dilepton channel, W boson polarization, measurement of the substructure variables in ttbar events and measurement of the top-quark mass in the dilepton channel.
