Establishment of the Management System of the Regional Road-Building Industry of the USSR in the 1920s (on the Materials of Altay)

The article presents the folding of the management system of the road construction industry in the USSR in the 1920s. The main attention is paid to building this system on the territory of Altai. An analysis and assessment of the activities of provincial and district engineers, as well as road departments are presented. В статье представлено складывание системы управления дорожно-строительной отрасли в СССР в 1920-е годы. Основное внимание уделено выстраиванию этой системы на территории Алтая. Представлен разбор и оценка деятельности губернских и уездных инженеров, а также дорожных отделов.
