Problems, Trends, and Prospects for the Development of Education and the Economy in the New Reality

Авторы раскрывают три изменения в модели капитализма, которые привели к изменению базовых когнитивных функций человека и формированию когнитивного капитализма в начале тысячелетия. Эта модель злоупотребляет интегрированными в нее знаниями и функциями эмоций, чувств, присущих только человеческому существу. Она является угрозой существованию государствам и правительствам в привычном понимании, в результате подтвердилась глобальная функция интегрированных коммуникативных платформ и сетей, были оценены масштаб и качество массы с дефицитом когнитивных функций в сфере стран периферии и все страны оказались перед выбором: остаться перифериями или отделиться от владельца модели когнитивного капитализма, создать обеспечивающее себя бытие в первую очередь в сфере образования. Урок для современных РФ и КНР заключается в необходимости обособиться от США в области интегрированных коммуникаций, систем и сетей в политической, торговой и военной сферах, если они хотят сохранить свой суверенитет и шанс на долгосрочное существование на планете сообщества народов единой судьбы человечества. The authors reveal three changes in the model of capitalism that led to a change in basic human cognitive functions and the formation of cognitive capitalism at the beginning of the millennium. This model abuses the knowledge and functions of emotions and feelings integrated into it, which are inherent only in the human being. It is a threat to the existence of states and governments in the usual sense, as a result, the global function of integrated communication platforms and networks was confirmed, the scale and quality of the mass with a deficit of cognitive functions in the sphere of peripheral countries were evaluated, and all countries were faced with a choice: to remain peripheries or to separate from the owner of the model of cognitive capitalism to create a self-supporting existence primarily in the field of education. The lesson for the modern Russian Federation and China is the need to separate from the United States in the field of integrated communications, systems and networks in the political, commercial and military spheres, if they want to preserve their sovereignty and the chance for a long-term existence on the planet of a community of peoples of a single destiny of humanity.
