Abstract

In the last years, the analysis of knowledge, skills, attitudes of a candidate for a job represents a crucial point in the process of recruitment for the enterprises. Based on this consideration, this research carries out the evaluations of the requirements of companies that through HR company have placed themselves in the phase of match with the different professional figures. This works will present the results for the professional figure of cook from the point of view of business decision makers by the use of choice-based conjoint analysis (Louviere et al, 2000).
