Regional comparative analysis as a risk analysis helpful tool

Cílem příspěvku je ukázat na možnosti regionální komparační analýzy při analýze bezpečnostního rizika ve vazbě na trajektorii: rizikový potenciál regionu – realita koncentrace mimořádných událostí – přiměřenost či dostatečnost finančního zajištění. Příspěvek poukazuje na pozici požární ochrany ČR v mezinárodním srovnání, vymezuje vícefaktorový parametr potenciálu rizika regionu a hodnotí jednak vztah mezi rizikovým potenciálem regionu a koncentrací mimořádných událostí, jednak vývoj finančních zdrojů v regionálním rozložení a jejich vztah k rizikovému potenciálu regionu. The aim of this paper is to show the possibilities of regional comparative analysis in the analysis of security risks in relation to the trajectory: the risk potential of the region - the reality of the concentration of extraordinary events - adequacy or sufficiency of financial resources. The paper points to the position of Czech fire protection in an international comparison, multi-factor parameter of the regional risk potential defines and assessed both the relationship between the regional risk potential and concentrations of extraordinary events, and the development of financial resources in the regional distribution and their relationship to risk potential of the region.
