Análisis del protocolo sanitario de las mercancías del pescado, marisco y otros productos de la pesca importadas en el territorio español

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las causas de los problemas e inconvenientes que aparecen en la actividad importadora regulada por el protocolo sanitario de las mercancías del pescado, marisco y otros productos de la pesca importadas en el territorio español. Son muchos los problemas que pueden aparecer en las actividades de importación, pero el trabajo se centra en los inconvenientes que aparecen en las actuaciones de la Administración del Estado una vez se encuentra la mercancía en nuestro territorio (Aduanas, inspecciones, alertas sanitarias, etc.). La finalidad del trabajo consiste en proponer mejoras en el protocolo sanitario que permitan realizar los trámites necesarios en el menor tiempo posible y de esta manera conseguir localizar los problemas de una manera más rápida y eficiente tanto para la administración como para las empresas importadoras.
[EN] The objective of this work is to analyze the causes of the problems and inconveniences that appear in the import activity regulated by the sanitary protocol of fish, shellfish and other fishery products imported into Spanish territory. There are many problems that can appear in import activities, but this work focuses on the inconveniences that appear in the actions of the State Administration once the merchandise is found in our territory (Customs, inspections, health alerts, etc. ). The purpose of the work is to propose improvements in the health protocol that allow the necessary procedures to be carried out in the shortest possible time and in this way to be able to locate the problems in a faster and more efficient way for both the administration and the importing companies.
