Abstract

Namen magistrskega dela je opraviti analizo faktorja učinkovitosti in investicije v sončne elektrarne po Sloveniji. V delu je predstavljeno teoretično ozadje matematičnih modelov za napoved sončnega sevanja, faktorja učinkovitosti, energijskega izplena in kriterijev ocenjevanja investicij v izgradnjo sončnih elektrarn. Za določitev optimalnega naklonskega in azimutnega kota so podatki o sončnem sevanju na vodoravno površino pridobljeni s strani Agencije Republike Slovenije za okolje (ARSO). Pri izračunu faktorja učinkovitosti sončne elektrarne sta bili izbrani dve najbližji meteorološki postaji, s katerima smo omogočili medsebojno primerjavo rezultatov. Delo se zaključi z analizo upravičenosti investicije v izgradnjo sončnih elektrarn po Sloveniji, ki je predstavljena za različne odkupne cene električne energije. The purpose of the master's thesis is to analyze the performance ratio and the investment in solar power plants across Slovenia. The thesis presents the theoretical background of mathematical models for the prediction of solar radiation, the performance ratio, the energy yield and the criteria for assessing investments in the construction of solar power plants. For the determination of optimal inclination and azimuth angle, the data of solar radiation on a horizontal surface are obtained by the Environmental Agency of the Republic of Slovenia. In the calculation of the performance ratio of solar power plant, two closest meteorological stations were selected, which enabled us the mutual comparison of the results. The thesis concludes with an eligibility analysis of the investment in the construction of solar power plants across Slovenia, which is presented for various purchase prices of electricity.
