Abstract

This concept paper focuses on strategies for finding and characterizing such early Universe (z &gt; 3) dusty star-forming galaxies (DSFGs), with particular focus on pushing toward higher redshifts when DSFG formation scenarios place more stringent constraints on the formation of the earliest massive galaxies
