Abstract

The aim of this dissertation was to provide the complex information about legal and kriminology aspects of the criminal offence "murder". The dissertation is divided into nine chapters, which are systematically divided into subchapters. The first part of this dissertation deals with legally criminal aspects of the murder. The introductory chapter deals with historical development of the murder from Medieval to 20th century. This part is particularly based on the of murder and moreover, it is based on the murder after consideartion and the murder in affect. The following chapter adds other criminal offences regarding the homicide. The third chapter is aimed to foreign legal frameworks and it provides information about homicide in Germany, Austria, Slovakia and the United Kingdom. The next part deals with euthanasia and its possible legal framework in the Czech republic. In this part is also a comparison with foreign legal frameworks. Tha last part is finished with practical examples. The second part of dissertation delas with kriminology aspects of murder. There is definition of the object and subject of kriminology as an independent science and additionally, there is information about other associated sciences.
