Abstract
- The aim of the bachelor thesis "Economic Efficiency of Marketing on Social Networks" is to define and propose appropriate marketing tools on social networks to promote a selected company, this company is consumer cooperative Jednota České Budějovice operating supermarkets Terno and Trefa. The thesis describes the company and its activities within the online sphere and especially on social networks, where attention is paid to the posts of paid promotion and the activity reports of users of the accounts managed by Jednota on social networks. Emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of social media activities. Data from leaflet distribution portals and respondents' answers to the research questions "Do Terno customers follow the social networks of this supermarket?" and "Have social networks influenced customers to buy the product?" were also used for the design. The proposals aim to increase the cost-effectiveness of social networking activities.
