The aim of the thesis is to process a detailed business plan with the topic "Building-up and Running of a Boarding-house" which is viable. A part of the thesis is a literrary recherche which submits theoretical knowledge from the chosen area. Basic therms from the area of business and agrotourism are submitted by the author.The business plan and its individual parts follow. The information in this part originated via studying of technical literature and its implementation.The information is further used in a practical part of the thesis.
