Abstract

This work aimed to detect nutrition information level and its impact on diet quality between the age of 18-64 years old, who are living in Famagusta. This work is carried on 382 people which are living in Famagusta. In this research, 24 hours nutrition consumption and avarge daily enerygy and nutrition level was recorded. General Nutrition Knowledge Questionnarie (GNKQ) were used as reference to determine the nutrition knowledge of people. Also, Healthy Eating Index (HEI) 2005 was used for determing quality of diet. Body mass composition were measured by Tanita BC-418 MA III.
