Epistemología de las pruebas psicológicas para el ingreso a la universidad / Epistemology of the psychological tests for the revenue to the university

El presente trabajo analiza la fundamentación epistemológica positivista y tecnocrática que sustenta las pruebas psicológicas de ingreso a la universidad,establecidas por laSecretaría Nacional de Educación Superior Ciencia y Tecnología (SENESCYT). Demuestra que el modelo tiene escaso sustento científico para evaluar las capacidades humanas. Asimismo, su aplicación infringe elementales principios democráticos y contradice los postulados socialistas que afirma defender el actual gobierno. Al final, se formula algunas propuestas para identificar y promover estudiantes con capacidades académicas y cognitivas. The present work analyzes the foundation epistemological positivist and technocratic that sustains the psychological tests of revenue to the university, established by the National Secretariat of Top Education Science and Technology (SENESCYT). It demonstrates that the model has scanty scientific sustenance to evaluate the human capacities. Likewise, his application infringes elementary democratic beginning and contradicts the socialist postulates that it affirms to defend the current government. Ultimately, some offers are formulated to identify and to promote students with academic and cognitive capacities.
