Simulações virtuais em química

The teaching of chemistry is often seen with disinterest on the part of the students, especially in public schools, spaces in which teachers have few resources to make lessons more attractive. Currently, the use of more accessible resources, such as the informatics and, associated with it, the virtual simulations, can contribute to improving this reality. Thus, the present paper is a case study in a state high school class that sought to verify whether the use of virtual simulations could help improve the learning of the students in face of the proposed content. The satisfactory results obtained show that this is a powerful teaching tool in learning chemistry. O ensino de química, muitas vezes, é visto com desinteresse por parte dos estudantes, principalmente em escolas públicas, espaços nos quais os professores dispõem de poucos recursos para efetivar aulas mais atrativas. Atualmente, o uso de recursos mais acessíveis, como a informática e, associado a ela, as simulações virtuais, pode contribuir para melhorar essa realidade. Sendo assim, o presente trabalho trata de um estudo de caso realizado em uma turma do ensino médio estadual, que procurou verificar se o uso de simulações virtuais poderia contribuir para melhorar a aprendizagem dos estudantes frente aos conteúdos propostos. Os resultados satisfatórios obtidos evidenciam que esta é uma ferramenta didática potente na aprendizagem de química.
