A infância no filme O menino e o mundo de Alê Abreu : entre o campo e a cidade

O presente trabalho trata da análise do filme O Menino e o Mundodo cineasta brasileiro Alê Abreu, tomando como objeto de investigação as concepções de infância e seu olhar abordados pelo cineasta com o objetivo de identificar e compreender, por meio da ótica de seus personagensinfantis, as relações que estabelecem com o mundo, mais especificamente suas visões sobre o campo e a cidade e como se desenvolvem as relações de poder que unem ou separam estes ambientes e os agentes que neles estão inseridos. O método foi o de análise fílmicaquepermite desnudar-se o olhar crítico que Abreu emprega em O menino e o mundo, por meio de práticas estéticas, que narram os aspectos fundamentais da vida campesina, do êxodo rural, da exploração dos operários nos grandes centros urbanos, da revolução industrial e da automação da indústria e suas consequências para a sociedade. Associando, dessa maneira, os acontecimentos fictícios do filme com os movimentos reais que ocorreram em nossa sociedade e continuam a ter grande relevância para a existência humana na terra. Resulta da pesquisa a compreensão da importância da arte, em especial do cinema de animação, na crítica e denúncia histórica dos problemas que afetam a sociedade capitalista, na especificidade da relação campo e cidade supracitados. The present work deals with the analysis of the film O Menino eo Mundo by the Brazilian filmmaker Alê Abreu, taking as an object of investigation the childhood conceptions addressed by the filmmaker in order to identify and understand, through the perspective of his children's characters, the relationships that establish with the world, more specifically, their views on the countryside and the city and how the power relations that unite or separate these environments and the agents that are inserted in them are developed. The method of film analysis allows us to unveil the critical gaze that Abreu employs in O Menino eo Mundo, through aesthetic practices, which narrate the fundamental aspects of peasant life, the rural exodus, the exploitation of workers in large urban centers, the industrial revolution and the automation of industry and its consequences for society. In this way, associating the fictional events in the film with the real movements that took place in our society and continue to have great relevance for human existence on earth. The research results in an understanding of the importance of art, especially animation cinema, in the historical criticism and denunciation of the problems that affect capitalist society,in the specificity of the aforementioned field and city relationship.
