Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the prevalence and factors associated with Burnout Syndrome and quality of life at work of Primary Health Care professionals.METHODS: This is a cross-sectional study, conducted with 520 professionals from health units in a city in the interior of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The Quality of Life at Work was assessed based on the “Quality of Working Life Questionnaire” and the Burnout Syndrome based on the “Maslach Burnout Inventary”. Descriptive and bivariate analyzes of the dependent and independent variables were performed, followed by logistic regression with the variables that presented p-value
