Reconstrução de papila interdental: duas técnicas minimamente invasivas

Os espaços negros ou black space, são originados devido à uma série de problemas envolvendo o periodonto e podem comprometer o resultado de tratamentos odontológicos, sejam eles estéticos ou não. São caracterizados pela falta de papila interdental, formando um triângulo que deixa o fundo escuro da boca aparente. Quando se originam devido a doença periodontal, com perda de estrutura, são mais difíceis de reparar. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar técnicas minimamente invasivas para o fechamento de black space ou espaço negro (EN). Foram selecionados 8 pacientes que apresentavam espaços negros com comprometimento estético e/ou funcional. Os pacientes passaram por uma de adequação do meio do meio bucal e dos dentes vizinhos ao EN. Em seguida foram realizadas as fotos, num processo de documentação inicial com fotos padronizadas. Os pacientes foram distribuídos de forma randomizada e divididos em grupos. G1: Aplicação de ácido hialurônico em 3 pontos e também a hemolaser terapia G2: Irradiação da papila dental pela vestibular e pela lingual com laser de Erb:YAG associado a hemolaser terapia. Foram realizadas fotos de controle após 7, 15 dias. Com as imagens em mãos, foram calculadas a porcentagen de regeneração de papilas. Após a realização do test t de student com p=0,05 com 95% de confiança, pode se observar que não houve diferença estatisticamente significativa. Conclui-se que as técnicas promovem um desconforto mínimo e de alguma maneira promovem a formação da papila dental, diminuindo o EN Black space originates due to a series of problems involving the periodontium and can compromise the result of dental treatments, whether aesthetic or not. G1: Application of hyaluronic acid in 3 points and also the hemo laser therapy G2: Irradiation of the dental papilla through the buccal and lingual with Erb: YAG laser associated with hemo laser therapy. Control photos were taken after 7, 15 days. With the images in hand, the percentage of papillae regeneration was calculated. After performing the test Student's with p = 0.05 with 95% confidence, it can be seen that there was no statistically significant difference. It is concluded that the techniques promote minimal discomfort and somehow promote the formation of the dental papilla, decreasing the BS.
