İkinci Dünya Savaşı yıllarında (1939-1945) Türkiye’de istihdam politikaları ve üretim darlıkları

Bu çalışmada, İkinci Dünya Savaşı yıllarında Türkiye’de uygulanan üretim ve istihdam politikaları anlatılmaktadır. Öncelikle savaş öncesi dönemde ülke tarımının ve sanayinin genel yapısı incelenerek bu dönemde uygulanan istihdam politikaları ele alınmıştır. Dönem boyunca başat üretim faaliyetinin tarım olduğu ülke ekonomisinde, büyük çoğunluğunu tarımda çalışanların oluşturduğu yaklaşık bir milyon insanın savaşın başlamasıyla silâhaltına alınmasının üretim üzerindeki etkileri incelenerek, üretimde ortaya çıkan darlıkları önlemeye yönelik politikalar ele alınmıştır. Uygulanan hükümet politikalarının darlıkları önlemede ve istihdam sağlamada etkin bir çözüm sunmaktan uzak olduğu bu dönemde, iç ve dış konjonktürün ülke ekonomisinde yarattığı etkiler tablo ve grafiklerle desteklenerek, toplumsal yapıda meydana getirdiği değişimler anlatılmıştır.--------------------This study describes production and employment policies implemented in Turkey in the years of Second World War. Firstly, by being examined the general structure of the agriculture and industry in the pre-war period, the employment policies implemented in this period were discussed. During the period; nearly one million people most of whom were employed in agriculture were taken into arms by the start of the war in the economy of the country where the dominant production activity was in agriculture, were examined and the policies aimed at preventing the shortages in production were discussed. In this period, when the government policies implemented were far from providing an effective solution in preventing narrowing and providing employment, the effects of the domestic and foreign conjuncture on the national economy were supported by tables and graphs and the changes in the social structure were explained.
