Pedagogía para aprender a a ser. Estudio de la cualificación docente y el aprendizaje emocional en la educación formal

Considerando la relevancia que la educación emocional posee en Infantil, parece obvio que estas capacidades deban ser dominadas por el profesorado. Este trabajo de fin de máster tiene como propósito analizar si los docentes están formados en Inteligencia Emocional para poder gestionar y enseñar las habilidades emocionales. Se ha diseñado un modelo mixto a través de la herramienta Formulario de Google para analizar los resultados de manera descriptiva. Se extrae que los docentes son conscientes de la relevancia de desarrollar la Inteligencia Emocional en el alumnado, anhelando un incremento de su formación y la presencia de un área en el sistema educativo. Por lo que respecta a la proyección futura de la presente investigación, se estima que puede contribuir a fomentar e intensificar la implementación de cursos formativos para la cualificación emocional de los docentes y a que se estudie la posibilidad de establecer un área más, específica y transversal. Considering the relevance that emotional education has in Infants, it seems obvious that these capacities should be mastered by teachers. The purpose of this master´s thesis is to analyze whether teachers are trained in Emotional Intelligence to be able to manage and teach emotional skills. A mixed model has been designed through Google Forms tool to analyze the results in a descriptive way. It is concluded that teachers are awere of the relevance of developing Emotional Intelligence in students, yearning for an increase in their training and the presence of an area in the educational system. Regarding the future projection of this research, it is estimated that it can contribute to promote and intensify the implementation of training courses for the emotional qualification of teachers and to study the possibility of establishing a more specific and traversal area.
